Bb Rotary Trumpet Premium model 172L

The 172L Bb concert rotary valve trumpet is a premium handcrafted instrument designed for solo professional players, top classical music orchestras, and advanced classical music students. It was developed in cooperation with the excellent Czech player Vojtěch Novotný, from the Brno Philharmonic.

The instrument has a classic “Deutche Trompete” sound, yet to Czech ears, it is reminiscent of the entire history of Czech music, as the “Deutche Trompete” actually originated in Czechia. The trumpet boasts a graceful tone and an elegant style. It is synonymous with first-rate materials, a perfectly ergonomic design, and superb intonation. The instrument can be tailored to individual players’ needs and requirements.

The model only comes with a one-piece hand-hammered bell. The valve mechanism has an 11.2 mm bore. For a surcharge, the trumpet can be equipped with a rotary valve mechanism with the piping in one piece (without coupling rings). The basic model has a lacquered finish. We also offer a polished silver-plated finish (made by ÖGUSSA Austria) with gold-plated hardware, and a fully gold-plated finish (made by ÖGUSSA Austria).
