M.Jiracek & sons trumpets are available in several series, allowing beginners as well as advanced players to find an instrument suited to their needs. The individual series differ not only in price, but especially in their construction, components, manufacturing process and the level of performance for which they are designed.

Professional M.Jiracek & sons trumpets – Models 136–139

The top of our range is represented by professional models 136–139, which are manufactured directly in the M.Jiracek & sons workshop.

For these instruments, we focus on the construction, workmanship and selection of individual components. We use high-end parts and materials, and each instrument is made with an emphasis on precision, individual workmanship and its resulting acoustic properties.

The professional series is intended for players who expect the highest level from their instrument and for whom not only playing characteristics, but also the quality of workmanship, components and the possibility of further individual adjustments are important.

This is also reflected in the price of these instruments. High-end components, demanding handwork and in-house production simply cannot compete in price with mass-produced instruments from large factories. Our goal is not to make the cheapest trumpet, but to offer an instrument that meets professional requirements.

Trumpets for intermediate and advanced players – Models 133–135

Models 133–135 are designed for players who already have higher demands on their instrument but are looking for a more affordable solution than our professional series.

With these models, we aim to maintain good construction, high-quality playing characteristics and reliability, while also using components and production services from specialized manufacturers. This allows us to achieve a significantly more attractive price while still offering an instrument that goes beyond the level of basic student models.

This series is intended for players who already know what they expect from a trumpet and want to move to an instrument with greater possibilities, but do not yet need or want to invest in fully professional handmade production.

Student trumpets

For beginners, we also offer student models, where the main focus is on a good balance of price, quality and reliability.

These instruments are manufactured for us by proven specialized manufacturers with whom we cooperate. Our aim is not to offer the cheapest trumpet on the market at any cost. Even a student instrument must provide an appropriate level of construction, materials, availability of spare parts and, above all, the possibility of professional servicing.

By cooperating with manufacturers specializing in series production of these instruments, we can offer an affordable trumpet designed for long-term use and supported by our own service.

Why do we offer different price levels?

The difference between the individual series is therefore not simply a matter of designation or appearance. It is determined primarily by the manufacturing process, the quality of the components used, the amount of handwork and the requirements for which the instrument is designed.

M.Jiracek & sons is therefore not just one price category of trumpet. We offer several levels of instruments because every player has different requirements, experience and budget. What all our series have in common is our aim to make sure that the instrument makes sense not only at the time of purchase, but also throughout its long-term use and servicing.
